Coaching programs require an 8-12-week commitment.
Discovering your heart
2 month commitment- Weekly Soul Coaching call (45 minutes/week)
- Customized Daily Practice (which may change from week to week, depending on needs)
- Introduction to new habits and life hacks
- Weekly customized “home-plays”
- Kundalini Activations
- Ceremony, ritual, self love and presence
- Initiation to the Rose Path
- Access to online yoga classes, guided meditations, and breath-work
- Session with Bianca and Jose’s personal psychic
- REQUIREMENT: A COMMITMENT TO THE DAILY PRACTICE PLUS A COMMITMENT TO TWO YOGA CLASSES/WEEK (45MIN EACH) AND ONE BREATH-WORK SESSION/WEEK (1.5 HOURS)
Light worker mentorship
